New align

Valentin Valls requested to merge new-align into main

Feature a Procedure object, that i would like to expose in more contexts.

It basically identify a procedure (moving something, aligning something) in "user" point of view. This is usually a combination of stuffs.

The PR also re-implement the tomo aligneent procedure as a procedure.
