menu: Fix double click on menu

Feedback from BM18.

With the new menu is was possible to switch to the scroll mode of tmux with a double click.

The BlissDialog are already patched for that, but not the other stuffs.

Here is a fix in ebs-tomo, to make it work for now. This should be moved to BLISS at some point.
