[metadata] new HDF5 attribute convention in silx ("parent@name")

@muzelle @meyer Silx has a new attribute convention which affects your code. I made changes accordingly (not tested).

The new convention will be used by Bliss and the nexus writer when this is merged: bliss/bliss!2378 (merged)
