Pinpoint nxtomomill v0.13.1
The aim of the tests with nxtomomill is to make sure we do not introduce regression when we change the ebs-tomo code.
We dont want to test regression on new changes done in nxtomomill (that's there business).
So we only need to pick a "reference" version.
