Improve tomo menu

This PR rework the tomo menu in order to use a selection menu instead of a radio menu.

This allows to navigate through the menus with arrow keys, numbers, escape key, and a single click with the mouse.

Part or the menu using composition with other widgets (like radio or checkbox) was not reworked, because it is part of BLISS.
