Rework zseries with data watcher
As discussed at the zseries tomo meeting this morning with @muzelle @felix (and other people from the DAU).
At the end of a tomo acquisition there is some checks in order to be sure the acquisition was done properly.
- is the frontend still open?
- is there still machine current?
This allow us to deal with some problems and retry the same acquisition if there was problems.
Actually it is done after the scan, which mean the scan is properly terminated. So we have no information (scan_info, hdf5) that this scan was aborted.
Any idea if there is a way to do some check before the and of the scan?
- Ideally abort the scan
- Or update the scan info with some metadata
For example can it be done with presets?
This is important for automatic data processing.
Any idea @matias.guijarro?
