First tomwer release
This include the first widgets:
data watcher: tool parsing directories and looking for scan to be started or terminated
ftseries reconstruction: tool launching fastomo3 with a set of parameters setted by the user
- data viewer: tool to have a look on the scan files and reconstructions if some
- data validor: group a data viewer and some control button to validate a reconsturction, ask for a new reconstruction...
- data list: tool to define a list of scan (folders path)
- data transfert: move scan from one place to another. Mainly developped for lbsram system to deduce the destination folder from the source forlder.

Test ok on bm05.
There is some issue with rsync (file fanished) sometimes because we are launching some synchronization in concurancy
