Draft: Debug and improve logging of the IHM history

• Identify all the bugs
• Find the existing documents
• Write the specification
• Correct the bugs of IhmApp
• Adds functionalities in IhmApp according to the specification
• Modify VisuESRF to match with the new specification
• Create the doc and the deployment package
• Submit the new specification to ACU for implementation in Tango (fix coredump when code alarm >31) @goudard
• Fix bug on setpoint detection and use a more precise timer
• In DspApp, initialize Mode Regulation Alarm bits. @divito
• 0 to 63 bits for Dsp code alarms
• Event Type 1 to 22 for IHM alarms
• VisuESRF: Split string labels of Converter and IHM @goudard
• Update JDB DspApp with new 32 bits @goudard
• Clean .esrf file creatin in VisuESRF with new alarms (or remove them entirely) @goudard
• Think if interlock should be in Channel Device or not: -> not for this merge request: task PSGSTATUM-130 created
• Think how to manage DSP events better than with alarm bits (new CAN message DSP_EVENT decoded by Ihm?)

Optionally:

• Add values Vout Iout in calibration parameters. LJ message: nouvelle fonctionnalité: paramètres de calibration Vout Iout à rajouter dans la table MODbus. Calibration files stored on P: at the moment (define specification with LJ and MdV)
• Remove VisuESRF password as described in task PSGSTATUM-77
• Change VisuESRF installation s described in PSGSTATUM-76
• Validate the bad window behavior of VisuESRF is fixed as described in PSGSTATUM-64
• Understand and solves the exception thrown by VisuESRF as described in PSGSTATUM-59 and PSGSTATUM-60
