Mac2doc SEGFAULT

Mac2doc segfaulted when treating the start and end of BOLD (BOLDP) introduced by Randolf Butzbach. One blib remains, when a bold directive is first in a line and preceeded by a space, a newline will be inserted in the output, which disturbes the continuity of the shown text.
