Pull request to update edna2 on pxsoft

Hi Olof, As discussed earlier, I updated the autocryst lib to run_crystfel within edna2. I also tested it with latest xgandalf and also with slurm rnice cluster. I need to send an instruction to my users such that they can use run_crystfel.py within edna2 to process their data on our cluster. Could you please git pull my branch and update edna2 on pxsoft? Please let me know once you are done! thanks
