Resolve "DozorM2 failure on MASSIF-1"

edna2_tasks.runDozorM2 is used in three actors.

1. Fix listDozorAllFile parameter for actors. I'm not sure about the third actors: https://gitlab.esrf.fr/svensson/bes/-/blob/master/src/bes/actors/runDozorm2.py#L62
2. It returns an empty dictionary when the edna task failed. Add TODO tag to handle this properly (it is only handled in one of the three actors).
