install/conda: fix HDF5/Bitshuffle

Alejandro Homs Puron requested to merge add_hdf5_bs_2_config_txt into master
  • include LIMA_ENABLE_HDF5_BS in config.txt[_default] This is needed by install.sh in order to acknowledge the option hdf5-bs
  • add libh5bshuf.so in the list of CondaBuild output files
