Fix Processlib Link/SinkTask::setEventCallback

Alejandro Homs Puron requested to merge fix_processlib_set_event_callback into master

This patch includes merge request LimaGroup/Processlib!1, which should be accepted before this one.

There is also an attempt to an easier code readability in CtControl::_increment_image_cnt
