Install: formalise and extend command line option rules

Alejandro Homs Puron requested to merge improve_install into master
  • References to camera and third-party sub-dirs explicitly activate the limacamera and lima-enable config options, respectively
  • Command line options must match the end of config options and must be preceeded by "-" separator, which is translated to "_"
