Add status info to error exception in CtControl::startAcq()

Samuel Debionne requested to merge ctcontrol-startacq-error-ex-info into master

That would help understand @matias.guijarro Bliss issue where the startAcq fails with "Try to restart before detector is ready" while a previous call to ready_for_next_image returned true.
