Fix Hardware saving when configured with multiple FramesPerFile

Alejandro Homs Puron requested to merge fix_hwsaving_multiple_frames_per_file into master

Take into account HW saving FramesPerFile in CtControl::newImageSaved. This is used by Filewriter in Eiger plugin.
