Integrate SlsDetector plugin

Alejandro Homs Puron requested to merge slsdetector into master

The PSI/SLS Detector Group has developed the SlsDetector library, which aims to unify the control of the different detectors:

  • Mythen
  • Eiger
  • Jungfrau
  • Gothard

The current implementation, based on v2.3.2, has been tested only with the PSI/Eiger detector.
