Remove obsolete CMakeLists.txt

Samuel Debionne requested to merge remove-obsolete-cmakelist into master

CMakeLists.txt is obsolete and not necessary anymore, the conda recipe builds with setuptools.

@alejandro.homs What about your Lima build script? Can it be adapted?
