Revert useless Conda build patch

Alejandro Homs Puron requested to merge revert-useless-conda-build-patch into master

Since Conda build.sh is executed with the -e / -o errexit bash option (lima!150 (closed)), the following patch (already applied in f873b50a) is useless:

  • Start CMake build only after a successful configure stage
