Increase lima core version

since lima 1.9.23 and upper cannot be installed with qt5 the tucam-sdk has been rebuild without the ISListen qt gui as package tucam-sdk: 2.0.20220915-3 (build3) and an other package is now available if we need to install the gui but in a different conda environment of course. The new package is called tucam-sdk-gui
