Add image ROI during merge

This MR adds the option to set a ROI during merge so that the whole image is not saved in the HDF5 file.

It removes the offset from the saved direct beam center information. Is it OK to do so, or it would be preferable to carry on both original direct beam center and ROI image offset?

It still needs a bit of testing.
