WIP: Allow to select eta or phi as scanning angle.

This MR allows to select during merge between eta and phi as the angle used to scan QSpace. The last commit sorts by the selected angle in the intensity view.

I have not tested it with a scan done with phi but selecting phi with a scan on eta works.
