Close merge window

This MR avoids a few clicks when doing merge from the GUI.

It starts the merge directly when clicking on the "Merge" button (beforehand, another click was required on a second merge button in the "Merge process" dialog). It closes the "Merge process" dialog when the merge is successfully completed.

When a project is opened, it opens the "intensity view".

There is still a click to close the "project wizard" between the end of the merge and displaying the "intensity view". Is it OK like that (it allows to review created project info), or you do prefer that this one is also removed?
