Change default number of bins and add tooltips

Merge MR !102 (merged) first.

This MR updates default QSpace number of bins to be at most 100. It also provides recommended max. number of bins as a tooltip.

So that this tooltip is not alone, I added tooltips for all inputs of the QSpace conversion widget.
