Fix fitplot

Carsten Richter requested to merge fix-fitplot into master

There are essentially two changes:

  • different way of computing the projections -- this affects also the fit results. Please cross check
  • this was also necessary to get the expected results in the fitplot of the ROI projections

It should resolve issue #60 (closed)

I guess the tests don't succeed because the fit results are different now?
