Few cleanup
This MR make this project viable with conda and Python 2.7
- Update dependencies
- gevent 1.2 (upgrade from 1.0.rc2)
- pydispatcher (there no conda louie+py27)
- Clean up
setup.cfg - Few typo (py2.7 compliment)
- Tag to version to 1.0
