Attribute and camera pixel size

To patch in this merge:

  • The first to create Attribute. A way to hide connexion between devices. Then it is possible to use a fixed value or a tango attribute without editing the device code.

  • The second is a device to compute pixel size of a camera according to a simple physic of the line. Everything is an Attribute, then it is possible to connect input to anything provided by devices.
