Rename scan to dataset

Holger Witsch requested to merge rename_scan_to_dataset into master

metadata.mac still used the word scan a lot. Also there were still tango_io calls with EndScan and StartScan, which are EndDataset and StartDataset in the newer servers distributed though conda.
