Resolve "Update of `containsDangerousGoods` with new tracking workflow"

Closes #625

  • Change containsDangerousGoods to be updated when status changes to SENT
  • Add shippingTrackingInformation to be updated when status changes to SENT
  • Add returnTrackingInformation to be updated when status changes to BACK_USER

To be merged when we make the switch to the simplified workflow
