Possibility to refresh the session

At HZB the ICAT is configured for sessions of only 2 hours. So it happens that users leave events open in the logbook very long the session expires after two hours. The not saved content of the logbook event gets lost at this moment.

That's why we would need a session refresh which is triggered by the data portal, while a logbook event is open. Therefore the ICAT+ api would need a function for refreshing.
