Fix bug with form sent by post

Set the ESRF logo on the google dataset structure.

set the description field for google dataset indexing process. The field now includes the authors and a message. It is meant to be long enough (>50 characters) in order not to trigger errors by google indexing process.

add license in the metadata object for Google indexation
