Resolve "MX - Implement phasing"

Closes #587 (closed)

First iteration for MR + SAD Phasing

To be completed in later merge request:

• Fine tune with scientists what parameters should be displayed in each place:
  • phasing pipeline info in the ranked list
  • parameters in node for each type
  • parameters in details for each type
  • parameters to be colored (implemented for SAD CC and gradient as example)
  • what to display in the snapshot
• Improve ranking to be user-selectable (needs to be supported in backend's user preferences)
