Resolve "Review MX summary page"

Closes #529 (closed)

Fix scale bugs when:

• one of the initial min/max value was 0
• no default min/max in config for the selected parameter(res. low and res. high)
• no initial min/max value could be computed (no default min/max in config AND no value for the selected parameter in any dataset for dynamically computed min/max)
