Resolve "Tableify instruments"

Less fancy but hopefully more functional image

The menu, for me, should only return the instruments I have access to so we need to use the method instruments that use authentication.

Unfortunately, that endpoint does not return the description yet so we need: icat-plus#463 (closed)
