Resolve "Show job progress in notification and job page"

Closes #271 (closed)

• Setup auto update for job list endpoint (every 30 seconds if not finished, every 5 minutes otherwise)
• Job started notification show progress updates (job status + non-finished steps statuses)
• Job started notification links to job page
• job page show progress info (job status + all steps statuses)
• Slight updates to the layout for better responsiveness
