Resolve "Fix SSO authentication when jumping between apps"

This makes possible to jump from one app thanks to a cookie that contains the information of the user. The cookie is set in the data portal when the user is first logged in and an expiration time is set accordingly to the ICAT's remaining time. This implementation makes possible to use the app pool without keycloak
