Review login

I experienced issues this morning while login to the Data Portal (blank page loading), with some errors to retrieve the session from icat+.

• icat+ instances were up and running
• nothing particular in checkmk
• icat was up and running on ovm-icat1

Todo:

• can we improve the display in case of failure
• review the login of anonymous and sso

added BUG portal labels

• login to the Data Portal (DB or SSO)

• shutdown icatplus
• in the data portal, we are still connected, but of course the experiment is not available anymore

Could it be the error in https://requests.esrf.fr/browse/DPT-406 if the instance of icatplus is restarted for example? or if the session token expired?

But it's not the error I encountered yesterday.
