TEXT on the Parcel shipment page

  • the Note imagetext should be changed to:"NOTE: The short names of the samples are synchronized from the User Portal and are only available after the samples have been declared on a submitted A Form and have been evaluated by the safety group."
  • Cosmetics of the columns have already been addressed in #542 (closed)
  • Naming of the columns "Short Name"and "Name" since it is not only used for samples but also for other and tools but we would like to get maybe a help text: for Short name (when the sample is selected and short name empty) "Short name is required for item type SAMPLE. Select one of the SAMPLE FORMS declared in the A form using the pull down menu." for Name column, a tooltip "Unique name for each individual sample, tool or other item."

PROCESS on the Parcel shipment page

  • We noticed while testing the interface that there is no more restriction on unicity of the Name with the same short name. I don't know if this is done on purpose. If that's the case remove the "unique"mention in the column Name tooltip.
  • We certainely need to include the ISPYB process related to parcel reimbursement before we can only use ICAT and not ISPYB anymore
  • We would like to not restrict this to MX but to enlarge it to all public experiment types - we can review the process with MX and you to see how to generalise it - and see if the labels themselves should integrate the ESRF account number or simply a mention of "ESRF-reimbursed parcel"
