• UO suggests to provide the correct wording for Investigation and Instrument. Currently in the User Portal, it is called Session or Experiment and Beamline

• Menu Data type:

  • Investigations => Session or Experiment
  • Data collections => Bespoke DOIs?
  • Documents => ESRF Documents?

• Menu Investigations:

  • Experiment => Admin. details?
  • Statistics ok
  • Samples => Data?
  • Logbook ok
  • Prepare and sub menu ok

• The menu names and urls are not consistent: The menu is called Samples, the sub-menu and the breadcrumb is Datasets, the url is /datasets

• Left side-bar: the "sub-menu" was not clear, they proposed to shift a bit the sub-menu or different color/font or add menu in the text
• Sample tracking sample sheet:
  • The distinction between Container Item,etc. is not obvious => make the separation thicker or different colors
  • The collapsable feature does not work, it's very confusing for the user.
  • They will provide a text suggestion for the short name and name column/errors.
