Added DESTROYED status in the status dropdown

The DESTROYED status can be selected only by administrators if the parcel is BACK IN STORES and has no return address.

Also:

  • Fixed status tooltip not showing anymore.
  • Changed INPUT status label into REQUIRES MORE INFORMATION
