Tweak footer

Axel Bocciarelli requested to merge footer into master
  • Remove fixedBottom prop so footer scrolls with the page. This frees up viewport real estate, especially on short screens.
  • Tweak design and regroup all styles into CSS module.
  • Make sure the footer always stays at the bottom of the viewport, even when the page has no content.
