Added a page to display details of a single parcel

Also added some explicit descriptions to parcel status.

For now, the only way to access the page is the click on the new "Show" action in the parcel table of an investigation:

which leads to the following page that summarizes all the current parcel info (could be extended in the future with status history, contents...)
