Extend search for parcel invoicing

We receive invoices for the transport of ICAT samples. When recording these invoices in the accounts, we have to enter the corresponding proposal number. Very often we do not have the proposal number on the invoice. We have as certain input information

• the name of the sender and his address
• the name of the carrier
• the name of the local contact (not always)

We would like to have a way to do quick searches from the ESRF Sample tracking emails, or from the ICAT application, based in this information.
