Add menu options to change the visibility and the formatting of the logbook

There are two types of events: annotation and notification

Besides, a notification has a category that can be: info, error, debug and userComment

We need to show/hide the events of the logbook based on the user's preferences. I'd propose to add a short of submenu in the view item of the logbook's menu:

Another approach can be also valid if it is clean and clear.

These preferences should be stored and linked to a user and I wonder if user + beamline (or technique). I presume that different users can go to different beamlines that can have different setups that need to be kept. It means that user A that makes an experiment in ID21 might want to have different preferences than when A makes an experiment in BM05.
