zUtil_Parameters : modified print_structure to print structures which contain other structures and fix bug in update_parameters
zUtil_Help       : update and fix gtCopyDataForTest
gtSetup_Utils    : create gtUpdateXmlFile to have more info from header of raw images and save info into the parameters file in gtSetup
zUtil_DB         : create gtDBCopyAllTables to copy all the database tables from a dataset
