Using gtCheckParameters in Setup functions... also in gtFillCrystFields and gtMatchInitialize
gtCheckParameters : updated finally the running version of checking parameters. Possibility to check type of parameters ('default','used','extra','all') using checkType argument.
Default parameters functions : set structure name with 'par_' in front of the section, to avoid matching during the checking
gtSetupIndexing : added option to reset all the indexing parameters
gtMatchInitialize : added option to reset all the matching parameters
gtSetupSegmentation,NewSegmentationPreGUI,gtSetupSegmentation_doublethr : added option to reset segmentation values to defaults
gtPrepDefaultParameters : Added some default parameters for preprocessing
gtPreprocessing : stripped out the default values. The calculation or update of some prep parameters are done during gtPreprocessing
gtStatus : added flag "completeCheck" to check single types of images even the preprocessing status seems ok; better commented and separated the single sections; reviewed the part for check fsim and check the reconstruction.
