gtCalculateDensityPhiPsi : improved calculation of the density given a list of poles and a phi/psi range
                           the density is normalized using the solid angle calculated from phi/psi range and the valid poles' weigths

gtCalculateDensityPhiPsi : calculates [x,y,density(x,y)] for the surface plot in the PF and IPF. Tested on hexagonal.
