Hermes code currently running on the beamline

This is the code of Hermes, with a fix in order to deal with numpy evolutions on Debian bookworm.

I am totally open to modifications before integrating the code of this branch

• I removed also the Debian packaging since I can now do the job on salsa.debian.org
• I will add also more modifications later for modifications expected by the beamline.

This is just to integrate the current state of the project.
