New homing procedure

When homing, we were using only the icepap homing feature. Now we refine it on another position by looking at the position of the rising edge and the position of the falling edge of the homing "hole" on the sample holder.

It is well tested in the lab now, shown big improvement on repeatability. It should be put in production on ID31 for the experiment on the 10th of October.
