Docs: pydata theme and add ewoks-bliss integration tutorial

  • Use pydata theme
  • Move beamline installation docs from ewoksjob documentation
  • Add a getting started tutorial for Ewoks<->Bliss integration (does not rely on the already implemented stuff for id22, id11, id31, streamline, ...)

Full version in the footer (replacing the theme version which is useless imo) and major.minor in header.
